EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
All exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your shipment.
Proof of Purchase is required for any exchange/store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange your item must arrive in the condition in which you received it.
Items cannot be exchanged if worn, washed, damaged or if labels and tags have been removed.
We are not responsible for any damage that occurs if wear & care instructions are not followed.
Melanie Jacqueline reserves the right to deny an exchange if the merchandise does not meet our policy requirements.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and we will refuse any shipment which arrives postage due.
All sale items or items purchased with a promo code are final sale.
Gift Certificates are final sale.
Custom Orders are final sale.
Store credit will be kept on file in store and the customer will receive a credit note.
To request an exchange or return for store credit please follow the directions below!
1. Contact us through our website to request an Exchange/Store Credit Form.
2. Once the exchange/store credit has been approved, securely package and seal the merchandise. Include the Exchange Form as well as your Proof of Purchase and ship to:

3. Once your package has been received by Melanie Jacqueline, your exchange/store credit will be processed and you will be contacted directly by one of our sales staff.
