EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

  • All exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your shipment.
  • Proof of Purchase is required for any exchange/store credit.
  • To be eligible for an exchange your item must arrive in the condition in which you received it.
  • Items cannot be exchanged if worn, washed, damaged or if labels and tags have been removed.
  • We are not responsible for any damage that occurs if wear & care instructions are not followed.
  • Melanie Jacqueline reserves the right to deny an exchange if the merchandise does not meet our policy requirements.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and we will refuse any shipment which arrives postage due.
  • All sale items or items purchased with a promo code are final sale.
  • Gift Certificates are final sale.
  • Custom Orders are final sale.
  • Store credit will be kept on file in store and the customer will receive a credit note.

To request an exchange or return for store credit please follow the directions below!

  1. Contact us through our website to request an Exchange/Store Credit Form.
  2. Once the exchange/store credit has been approved, securely package and seal the merchandise. Include the Exchange Form as well as your Proof of Purchase and ship to:

  3. Once your package has been received by Melanie Jacqueline, your exchange/store credit will be processed and you will be contacted directly by one of our sales staff.
