Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed.
There will be a 4-5 week wait time for made to order items.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed on the following business day.
Shipping Destinations
Melanie Jacqueline ships throughout Canada and the US. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
Shipping to Eastern Canada – $22 CAD (via Canada Post)
Shipping to Western Canada – $27 CAD (via Canada Post)
Shipping to the US – $30 CAD (via Canada Post)
